In accordance with the plan for the formulation and revision of group standards of the China Institute of Navigation (CIN), the draft for soliciting comments of the group standard Guidelines for Intelligent Renovation of Bulk Cargo Vessels, compiled under the organization of CIN, has now been finalized.
Pursuant to the requirements of the Measures for the Administration of Group Standards of the Chinese Institute of Navigation, to ensure the scientificity, rigor and applicability of the standard, we hereby send the draft for soliciting comments and the compilation explanation of this group standard to your entity.
