Announcement on the Release of Ten Group Standards Including “Technical Guidelines for the Resource Utilization of Dredged Soil

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the “Group Standards Management Measures of the China Institute of Navigation”, ten group standards, including “Technical Guidelines for the Resource Utilization of Dredged Soil” (T/CIN 088—2025) organized by the China Institute of Navigation and led by China Communications Waterway Planning & Design Institute Co., Ltd., “Technical Requirements for Health Monitoring and Diagnosis of Quayside Container Cranes” (T/CIN 089—2025) and “Technical Requirements for Health Monitoring and Diagnosis of Container Gantry Cranes” (T/CIN 090—2025) led by Xiamen Yuanhai Container Terminal Co., Ltd., "Technical Requirements for Automatic Control System of Intelligent Unloading Machines in Ports" (T/CIN 091—2025) and "Operating Procedures for Intelligent Unloading Machines in Ports" (T/CIN 092—2025) led by Tangshan Caofeidian Coal Port Co., Ltd., “Operating Procedures for Intelligent Ship Loading Machines in Ports” (T/CIN 093—2025) led by Qinhuangdao Port Co., Ltd., “Operating and Maintenance Requirements for Shore Power Receiving Facilities of Ships” (T/CIN 094—2025) led by Jiangsu Xinhang Electric Co., Ltd., “Operating Technical Requirements for Underwater Hull Cleaning Robots” (T/CIN 095—2025) led by Suzhou Shihang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., “Technical Requirements for Jacking and Piling Operations of Self-Elevating Offshore Wind Turbine Installation Platforms” (T/CIN 096—2025) and “Technical Requirements for the Construction of Four-Pile Jacket Foundations for Offshore Wind Turbines” (T/CIN 097—2025) led by Three Gorges Material Bidding Management Co., Ltd., have been reviewed and approved by the Executive Council of the China Institute of Navigation. They are hereby released and will come into effect on March 10, 2026.
This is hereby announced.
