In accordance with the China Institute of Navigation’s group standard development and revision plan, the draft for comment of the “Operating Procedures for Dedicated Electric Vehicle Transport Services in the Qiongzhou Strait” has been prepared. To ensure the scientific rigor and applicability of the standard, and in line with the requirements of the “China Institute of Navigation Group Standard Management Measures,” the draft and its accompanying explanation are hereby distributed to your unit for review.
