In accordance with the group standard development and revision plan of China Institute of Navigation (CIN), the institute has developed the draft group standard "Technical Requirements for Measurement of Navigational Safety Parameters of Offshore Wind Farms." This draft is now released for public comments. In compliance with the requirements of the "CIN Group Standard Management Measures," and to ensure the scientific nature, rigor, and applicability of the standard, the draft standard and its accompanying compilation explanation are provided for your review.
