In accordance with the group standard development and revision plan of China Institute of Navigation (CIN), the institute has developed the draft group standard "Guidelines for Carbon Footprint Accounting of Port Container Handling and Transport." This draft is now released for a period of public comment. In compliance with the requirements of the "CIN Group Standard Management Measures," and to ensure the scientific nature, rigor, and applicability of the standard, the draft standard and its accompanying compilation explanation are provided for your review.
