In accordance with the group standard development and revision plan of China Institute of Navigation, the draft group standard "Development Evaluation Indicators and Calculation Methods for International Shipping Centers," organized and prepared by CIN, has now been compiled and is available for review. In accordance with the requirements of the "Management Measures for Group Standards of China Institute of Navigation," and to ensure the scientific rigor, precision, and applicability of the standard, the draft for comments and the preparation instructions of this group standard are hereby forwarded to your organization.
