Announcement on the Review Results for the 2025 National Maritime Science Education Base Re-evaluation and Application

In accordance with the key work points of China Institute of Navigation (CIN) for 2025 and its annual science popularization key work plan, the institute organized and convened an expert review meeting for the 2025 National Maritime Science Education Base re-evaluation and application in Beijing on September 24, 2025.
Based on the relevant requirements of the "Management Measures for CIN Maritime Science Education Bases" (abbreviated "Management Measures"), and on the principles of fairness, impartiality, and objectivity, the Secretariat strictly followed the review procedures to examine the materials submitted by each base. After expert deliberation and voting, the following five bases passed the expert re-evaluation and were recognized as qualified, namely COSCO SHIPPING Crew Management Tianjin Branch Crew Safety Experience Training Center; Fujian Chuanzheng Communications College; Tianjin Maritime College Maritime Technology Science Education Base; Dalian Maritime University Navigation Training and Engineering Practice Center; Qingdao Yinha International Yacht Club Co., Ltd. Additionally, the "Hometown of the Xijiang River" Guiping Shipping Hub Cultural and Creative Park passed the experts' review. The above results were reviewed and approved at the 77th President's Office Meeting of the CIN. They are now publicly disclosed for a period of 7 days (September 30, 2025 - October 6, 2025).
Should any organization or individual have objections to the disclosed content, they are required to submit a formal written statement to the CIN with verified identity. Submissions from organizations require an official seal, while those from individuals must include full name and valid contact information. Anonymous submissions, identity forgery, or submissions beyond the deadline will not be accepted.
