Pursuant to the development and revision plan for group standards of the China Institute of Navigation (CIN), two group standards compiled by CIN– Technical Requirements for Pile Insertion and Extraction Operations of Self-elevating Offshore Wind Power Installation Vessels and Technical Requirements for Construction of Four-pile Jacket Foundations for Offshore Wind Power– have been finalized as Drafts for Comment. To ensure the specificity, rigor and applicability of the standards, in line with the Administrative Measures for CIN Group Standards, we hereby send you the Drafts for Comment and their respective Compilation Explanations.
