Notice on Soliciting Opinions on Ten Group Standards Including “Technical Specifications for Shore-Based Radar in Vessel Traffic Services”

To All Relevant Units:

In accordance with the plan for the formulation and revision of group standards by the China Institute of Navigation, the ten group standards have now been finalized as draft versions for public comment after being organized and compiled by our institute, namely “Technical Specifications for Shore-Based Radar in Vessel Traffic Services”, “Technical Requirements for Automatic Wind-Resistant Anchoring Systems of Port Container Gantry Cranes”, “Standards for Equipping Maritime Emergency Search and Rescue Equipment in Inland Navigable Waters”, “Technical Requirements for Health Monitoring and Diagnosis of Quay Container Cranes”, “Technical Requirements for Health Monitoring and Diagnosis of Container Gantry Cranes”, “Maintenance Specifications for Automated Rail-Mounted Container Gantry Cranes”, “Operating Procedures for Hydrogen-Electric Hybrid Tugs”, “Guidelines for Compiling Master Planning Schemes for New Coastal Port Area Development”, “Operating Procedures for Relocation of Large Port Machinery”, and “Technical Requirements for Pumping Stations at Liquid Bulk Cargo Terminals”.

According to the Administration Measures for Group Standards of the China Institute of Navigation, we hereby send the draft for public comment and the compilation instructions of these group standards to your unit to ensure the scientificity, rigor and applicability of the standards.
