On January 21st, the Four - Port Smart Logistics Large - scale Model was launched for commercial trial operation, and the “Intelligent Logistics Service Digital Robot” service, which integrates functions such as price inquiry and quotation, shipment tracking query, document identification, and pre-shipment manifest, was released
In practical operations, logistics-related users can simply add the “Intelligent Logistics Service Digital Robot” to their internal QQ work groups to enable an efficient, free, and convenient intelligent interactive experience. For example, when a user drags a pre-prepared manifest file into the QQ group, they will receive a receipt within 5 seconds. If they inquire about the cost of a particular transportation route, they will immediately receive accurate and professional pricing solutions for different shipping companies, schedules, and container types.
The digital robot can accurately follow user instructions based on the existing business models of logistics enterprises, assisting them in completing repetitive and regular tasks in workflows such as data entry, form filling, file reading, email sending, and pre-prepared manifests, significantly enhancing work efficiency.
The Four-Port Smart Logistics Large Model boasts powerful language support and manifest format compatibility, supporting translation into over 100 languages (basically covering major countries and regions worldwide) while adapting to more than ten major global ports and overseas manifest formats.
The first batch of users participating in the commercial pilot run includes Shanghai Bashi Yuexin Logistics Development Co., Ltd., Shanghai Sijin International Transportation Co., Ltd., and Cross-border Intelligent Connection (Ningbo) Technology Co., Ltd., among others. It is estimated that these enterprises can save over 60% in manual operation costs.
It is reported that the Four-Port Smart Logistics Large Model was jointly developed by Zhejiang Four-Port Linkage Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Zhejiang Sea-Port Group, Hangzhou Weisi Technology Co., Ltd., and Dalian University of Technology. It integrates technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, and cloud computing, and is an industry-level large model trained on the vast data resources and complex business scenarios of the “Four-Port” cloud platform. This commercial pilot run represents the extension of the “intelligent entity” collaboration model to logistics operations, leading the new interactive demonstration of “Four-Port” linkage services in the era of large models.
In the future, the Four-Port Smart Logistics Large Model will deeply integrate core functional services of the “Four-Port” cloud platform, such as route optimization, smart booking, intelligent container management, and logistics tools, evolving from “logistics information inquiry” to “intelligent interactive operation.” By driving resonance and mutual benefit among multiple ends up and down the supply chain with the development of new productive forces, it will further serve to reduce costs, improve quality, and increase efficiency in logistics transportation, driving rapid evolution and upgrading of the industry ecosystem.
