Ministry Of Transport Held A Ministerial-level Leading Officials Conference And The Party Group Meeting To Convey The Spirit Of The Sixth Plenary Session Of The 19th CPC Central Commission For Discipline Inspection (CCDI) Minister, Deputy Party Secretary Li Xiaopeng Presided Over This Conference
On January 24, the Ministry of Transport held a ministerial-level leading officials conference and a Party Group meeting to convey and study the important speech of General Secretary Xi Jinping at the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (CCDI) and the spirit of Comrade Zhao Leji’s work report. Minister and Deputy Secretary of the Party Group Li Xiaopeng presided over the meeting. Ministry leaders in Beijing attended this meeting.
The meeting pointed out that General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech is meaningful, profound with strong political, guiding and relevant influence. And it is the basic guideline for promoting the new great project of Party construction in the new era, and the action guideline for the high-quality development of discipline inspection and supervision work. We should study and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech, have a deep understanding of the decisive significance of the “two establishment”, enhance the “four Awarenesses”, firm “four self-confidence”, achieve “two maintenance” to unify thoughts and actions to the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech, adhere to the strict main tone, unremittingly promote Party’s comprehensive strict governance of the ministry system, so that we can speed up the construction of a strong transportation country, and strive to be a good pioneer of China’s modernization to provide a strong guarantee and meet the Party’s the 20th National Congress.
The meeting stressed that we should understand the spirit and connotation of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech. Firstly, we should study historic and groundbreaking achievements and deep impact made by the comprehensive strict governance since the Party’s 18 National Congress, and overall and deep impact. We must adhere to and constantly promote the important discourse to take the right road in the new era. Secondly, we should study that the comprehensive strict governance of the Party is a great practice of the Party’s self-revolution in the new era, and open up a new realm of self-revolution, perpetuate the spirit of self-revolution, achieve the “six musts” “nine insistence” in order to ensure the quality development of the transport industry with the new effect of comprehensive strict governance of the Party. Thirdly, we should study General Secretary Xi Jinping on consolidating and expanding the results of Party history study and education, understand and implement the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee to promote the study of Party history, education, propaganda, inheritance and carry forward the glorious traditions, fine style and the spirit of the new era of transportation. Fourthly, we should study General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important remarks on strengthening political oversight, adhere to the stability, be stable to seek progress in the work of the general keynote, co-ordinate epidemic prevention and control and economic and social development of transport work and development and security, continue to do the work of “stability on the six fronts” “security in the six areas”, deepen and consolidate political oversight to ensure that the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions and the Party Central Committee’s decisions and deployments in transport implementation. Fifthly, we should study General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important remarks on maintaining political determination to combat corruption, adhere to a zero-tolerance attitude to punish corruption, and resolutely fight the battle of self-revolutionary offensive and protracted war. According to the requirements of the meeting, we should further study and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech and the Six Plenary Sessions of the 19th CCDI, refine and implement measures to give full play to the leading role of strict governance of the Party. We should consolidate and expand the results of Party history learning and education, promote to study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in a new era and consciously bear in mind the original mission and create a new development bureau. In addition, we should strengthen political supervision, strictly adhere to political disciplines and regulations, implement central inspection work guidelines, improve the inspection linkage supervision network to ensure the complete, accurate and comprehensive implementation of the new development concept. We must deal with corruption and maintain a strong force to punish corruption.
