Director Cong called on the cadres and workers of the whole bureau to push themselves with advanced lofty spirits and noble characters, closely grasp the keynote of "ensuring rescue, safety and stability", to firmly establish the idea of "living on a tight budget", to be results-oriented, pioneering and responsive to the trend of the times, to create a driving force of action and progress with loyalty and responsibility, and to carry forward the positive spirit of pursuing excellence and moral integrity with great love and dedication, and to make new and greater contributions to the construction of a country with strong transportation network, the construction of modern professional rescue system and the high-quality development of Beihai rescue cause.
The leaders of the bureau attended the report meeting. More than 90 people, including all the staff of the Bureau and the leaders at or above the deputy section level of the grass-roots units stationed in Yantai, attended the main venue. The personnel of the units stationed outside of Yantai attended the meeting through video at sub-venues.

As a senior rescue captain of Beihai Rescue Bureau, Captain Zou Benbo has been engaged in rescue at sea for more than 30 years.
