Announcement on Recommending Candidates of the National Innovation Award

According to the requirements outlined in the "Notice from Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, China Association for Science and Technology, Ministry of Science and Technology, and State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council on the Selection of the Third National Innovation Award" (Letter from Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security 〔2023〕 No. 27), China Institute of Navigation (hereinafter referred to as the "Institute") having conducted formal reviews, evaluations, and other procedures, intends to recommend individuals and teams to China Association for Science and Technology. Please refer to the annex for details. The recommendations are now being published for public notice, and objections are hereby solicited.
1. The public notice period will last seven days from the date of publication. During this period, any unit or individual has the right to raise objections to the recommendation results. Anonymous objections and objections submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
2. Written objection reports must be submitted for individuals and teams being recommended. The content of the report should include the target and content of the objection, specific evidence or scientific basis supporting the objection, as well as the real name, department, contact address, and telephone number of the objector. Objections that do not comply with the above requirements will not be accepted.
3. China Institute of Navigation will handle the objections and maintain confidentiality regarding the units or individuals raising objections.
