Notice on Call for Typical Cases of World Smart Shipping Technology

All relevant units, experts:

     In order to widely promote the typical cases of smart shipping technology at home and abroad, and to promote the development of R&D, application and industrialization of smart shipping, we are now calling for the world's typical cases of smart shipping technology from the relevant domestic and foreign institutions and experts. The cases will be submitted to the evaluation committee composed of domestic and foreign experts and those that pass the evaluation will be listed as the world's typical cases of smart shipping technology and will be released at the World Conference on Maritime Science and Technology held on October 18th this year. The relevant matters are notified as follows:

Ⅰ. Rules for Participation

     Typical cases which are characterized by outstanding innovation, advancement and demonstration in the field of smart shipping-related technologies at home and abroad, and significantly promoted and influenced the development of smart shipping, come in the form of projects, engineering, planning, laws and norms and standards, etc. The relevant technologies cover the intelligentization of ships, ports, navigation safeguards, shipping services, shipping supervision and other technologies. 

Ⅱ. Requirements and Methods

     Each organization/expert can recommend no more than 3 cases and fill in the Recommendation Form of Typical Cases of World Smart Shipping Technology (see annex), stating the name, organization, time and content of the case. And the content of the case should be strictly limited to 200 words, focusing on the core points, highlights, roles, value and influence of the case. The sources of the recommended cases should include both domestic and foreign countries.
