Notice on Collecting Papers for 2024 Asia Navigation Conference

All relevant units:
Asia Navigation Conference (ANC), jointly initiated and organized by China Institute of Navigation (CIN), Japan Institute of Navigation (JIN), Korea Institute of Navigation and Harbor (KINH) has been successfully hosted for 22 times Since 2002. 2024 ANC will be sponsored by CIN on October 30 to 31 at GUOCE INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION AND EXHIBITION CENTER. The call for papers for the conference is now open, and the specific details are as follows:
Ⅰ. Conference theme
Advancing the Development of Green Smart Maritime Industry
II. Scope of submission
1. Navigation and Ship Maneuvering;
2. Marine Technology and Marine Structure;
3. Modern Marine Engineering Management;
4. Electronics and Information Technology in Shipping Industry;
5. Automatic Control and Cargo Handling Equipment;
6. Maritime Education and Training;
7. Port Construction and Coastal Area Development;
8. And other content related to navigation technology.
III. Requirements for papers:
1. Domestic authors should submit their papers to the secretariat of China Institute of Navigation. The papers submitted should be original and unpublished works of the authors, free of academic misconduct and multiple submissions;
2. Before July 31, 2024, please send the full text of the paper (word file) in English to wangyan@cinnet.cn. Please refer to Attachments for the template, and the subject of the email is “ANC Submission - Paper Title”.
IV. Acceptance of papers
The Institute will organize experts to review the submitted papers, and the acceptance notice will be sent to the authors in the end of September. Chinese papers accepted and discussed in the exchange will be awarded certificate by the Institute. The authors of the winning papers will receive a prize and be recommended for publication in partner journals after the conference. Papers that are not accepted may be disposed of by yourselves after receiving the notice from the Institute.
V. Conference registration
Chinese participants: Regular attendees 2100 RMB, student attendees 700 RMB. Foreign participants: Regular attendees 300 USD, student attendees 100 USD, accompanying persons 150 USD.
The official language of the conference is English, and delegates are required to present their papers in English independently.
