In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Management of Group Standards of China Institute of Navigation (CIN)，organized by CIN, the group standards Technical requirements for berth stability of large oil tankers （T/CIN 024—2023）led in drafting by Qingdao Shihua Crude Oil Terminal Company Ltd., Guidelines for the construction planning of ship oil spill response capacity of inland water (T/CIN 025—2023), led in drafting by the Transport Planning and Research Institute Ministry of Transport, Requirements for rapid testing of ballast water from ships （T/CIN 026—2023）, also led in drafting by the Transport Planning and Research Institute Ministry of Transport, have passed the review. Approved by the 55th Council Meeting of CIN, they are hereby issued and will be implemented from March 1, 2024.This is to serve as the official announcement of the same.
