Notice on Issuing China Institute of Navigation (CIN) Group Standards Project Establishment in 2023 (Batch 2)

To all relevant units：
After our institute issued the Second Batch of Group Standards of China Institute of Navigation(CIN) for the Year 2023 (issued by CIN [2023] No. 123), all relevant units actively applied for the projects.
In accordance with the relevant requirements of the Management Measures for Group Standards of China Institute of Navigation, and after deliberation and approval by the Council Meeting of China Institute of Navigation, a total of 17 group standard projects including Technical Specifications for Intelligent Management System of navigation locks in inland waterways have met the project establishment requirements and are hereby approved for establishment.
We kindly request the leading units to extensively solicit opinions from all parties, establish standards drafting groups, complete the standard formulation tasks on schedule, and ensure the quality and level of the standards. We also welcome all member units, relevant universities, scientific research institutions, production enterprises and users to actively participate in the formulation of the standards.
