To all relevant entities:
In order to meet the needs for the development of group standards in the field of navigation, to thoroughly implement the Rules on the Administration of Group Standards of the Standardization Administration of China and the Ministry of Civil Affairs, and to increase the effective supply of group standards. the second batch of soliciting group standards of China Institute of Navigation (CIN) in 2023 is now carried out for the whole industry in accordance with Management Measures of the Group Standards of China Institute of Navigation.
Ⅰ Application Principles
1.The application projects should promote scientific and technological achievements of navigation in the fields of shipping, fishery, maritime affairs, marine police and other areas such as waterway transportation, engineering, construction, service and management. They should also enhance the safety, versatility and replaceability of the product, and improve the economic, social and ecological benefits, so as to be scientific and effective and achieve advanced technical indicators.
2. The projects shall meet the requirements of relevant laws and regulations, and shall not contradict relevant national industrial policies.
3. The projects shall aim to meet market and innovation needs, focus on new technologies, new industries, new business forms and new modes, and fill the standard gaps.
4. The scope of the applied projects includes navigation safety, port engineering, logistics engineering, smart shipping, ship electromechanics, waterway engineering, nautical remote sensing, ship design, offshore engineering, environmental protection, ecology, navigation support, communication and navigation, salvage and diving, ocean economy, passenger and cargo transportation, ship management, maritime management, crew management, and water transportation management.
Ⅱ Application Requirements
Any enterprises, institutions and social organizations with the status of a legal person are qualified to submit project applications.
- The main drafting units of the standards should have the business capacity related to the standard content.
- The main drafters of the standards should have professional and technical knowledge, strong organization and coordination abilities and good writing skills, and be familiar with the rules of writing standards.
- Encourage units to collaborate with industry, universities, scientific research institutions to develop standards.
- Before application, you can check whether relevant national or industrial standards have existed on the Transportation Standardization Information Platform. (website:http://jtst.mot.gov.cn/).
