Notice on forwarding the Notice on the Selection of the Cooperative Organization of HOME Program by the China Association for International Scientific and Technological Cooperation in 2023

China Association for International Scientific and Technological Cooperation (hereinafter referred to as “International Department”) decided to start the election of cooperative organization of HOME Program, known as Help Our Motherland through Elite Intellectual Resources from Overseas 2023 according to the Regulations on the cooperative organization of HOME (Trial) to implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Guidance on Work Instruction on HOME by China Association for Science and Technology while serving the worldwide important talent centers and innovation highlands. Through all these efforts, it will promote the establishment and perfection of the HOME cooperation network by bringing overseas talents in science and technology to home.
Notice on the Selection of the Cooperative Organization of HOME Program by the China Association for International Scientific and Technological Cooperation in 2023 (China Association for Science and Technology, No. 32 external [2023]) is forwarded hereby. All member units and branches should recommend no more than three institutions in principle (overseas institutions are available). Please rank them according to the recommendation degree and then summarize the electronic version of the Recommendation Information Sheet of the HOME Program by China Association for Science and Technology by August 20, including the scanned and sealed information sheet and Word and send them to wangyan@cinnet.cn. CIN will submit the final decision before August 30th to the International Department.
