In order to thoroughly implement the guiding principles of the 20th CPC National Congress, actively contribute to the building of world-hubs for talent and innovation. We will take further steps to firm up the guidelines of the CAST on strengthening HOME program (or Haizhi-Plan), build a HOME Program cooperation network, bridge overseas scientific and technological talents with opportunities in China, and enhance the construction of the CAST Haizhi-Plan experts, the International Cooperation Department of the CAST (hereinafter referred to as the "International Department") has decided to carry out the selection of distinguished experts for the 2023 CAST HOME Program in accordance with the relevant requirements of the Management Measures for the Services of CAST Haizhi-Plan Distinguished Experts.
We are forwarding the Notice from the International Cooperation Department of the CAST on the Selection of Distinguished Experts for the 2023 CAST HOME Program (or Haizhi-Plan) (CAST External Letter [2023] No. 29). We kindly request that all member units and professional committees to follow the notice's guidance. You're encouraged to nominate up to three experts, ranking them by recommendation priority. The electronic version of the Nominee Information Form for CAST Haizhi-Plan Distinguished Experts HOME Program (including scanned copy with official seal and Word document) should be compiled and sent to the email address wangyan@cinnet.cn by August 10. Our collective submissions will be presented to the International Cooperation Department of the CAST by August 20.
