According to the revision plan of the group standard system of the China Institute of Navigation, the group standards of Interface Standard for Maritime Safety Communication System and Code for Construction of Digital Platform for the Planned Maintenance System of Ship Machinery organized by the Institute have been drafted for comment.

In accordance with the requirements of the Measures for the Management of Group Standards of CIN, in order to to ensure the scientificity, rigorousness and applicability of the standards, we hereby send to you the draft for comments and instructions for the preparation of the group standards.
