Announcement Of The Winning Projects Of The Science And Technology Award (Science And Technology Progress Award/Technical Invention Award) Of The Chinese Institute Of Navigation In 2022
The evaluation meeting of the 2022 Science and Technology Award of China Institute of Navigation (CIN) was held on December 3-4, 2022 in a combination of online and offline manner. The evaluation committee completed the evaluation in accordance with the relevant regulations, methods and procedures, and now the evaluation results are publicized.
First, in 2022, CIN received a total of 130 recommended declaration projects. Before the meeting, CIN had completed formal review for the integrity, standardization, authenticity of the declaration materials, and 119 projects had passed the review, including 114 Science and Technology Progress Award projects and 5 Technical Invention Award projects.
Second, the results of CIN Science and Technology Award reviewed by professional review group and the review committee are as follows: Nautical Science and Technology Progress Award: Grand Prizes 2, First Prizes 18, Second Prizes 61, Third Prizes 27, Slow Assessments 3, No Awards 3; Nautical Technical Invention Award: First Prize 1, Second Prizes 3, Slow Assessment 1. The list of awarded projects is shown in the annex.
Third, CIN Science and Technology Award evaluation work accepts social supervision and implements objection system. Any objections to the innovation, advancement, practicality, intellectual property rights and the authenticity of the recommended materials of the projects, achievements and performance of the authors and units, including objections to the ranking of the authors and units, should be submitted to the secretariat of CIN in written form within 30 days from the date of announcement of the project in order to review (publicity period: December 9, 2022 to January 8, 2023). In order to facilitate verification and ensure objective and fair procedures, the objection unit or individual should submit the objections and indicate true identity in written form, and provide effective contact information and necessary evidence. If the objection is made in the name of an individual, the real name, work unit, contact number, detailed address and signature must be signed on the written objection materials; if the objection is made in the name of a unit, the name of the unit, contact person, contact information and the official seal of the unit must be indicated on the written objection materials. Any anonymous, impostor or out of publicity period objections will not be accepted.
After the publicity period, the projects with no objections or objections that are not recognized will be announced as official award-winning projects.
