1. Introduction to the unit:
China Institute of Navigation, abbreviated as CIN, is a national, academic, non-profit social organization voluntarily formed by relevant units and personnel engaged in navigation work and registered according to law, with the corporative qualifications. As the vital bridge and bond between China’s authority and the worker in maritime science and technology, CIN has been an important social force for the development of maritime science and technology and the construction of a strong maritime and transportation country. The main responsibilities of the China Institute of Navigation are to promote the culture of navigation, respect knowledge and talents, and advocate the spirit of “dedication, innovation, truth-seeking and cooperation” to unite all the maritime science and technology personnel. CIN adheres to the Chinese Communist Party’s basic route that focuses on economy development, follows the guidelines of science and technology being the primary productive force, sticks to the sustainable development strategy in order to promote the prosperity and development of the maritime industry and the growth and improvement of maritime science and technology talents.
CIN has 29 professional subcommittees and Navigation of China and Maritime Technology as its 2 journal editorial boards. The secretariat work involves in evaluation on nautical science and technology award and achievements, making group standards, organizing China Maritime Day activities, and conducting domestic and international academic exchange activities. The institute now has more than 5,000 individual members and 500 organization members.

3. Basic Requirements:
(1) Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China.
(2) Abide by the Constitution, laws and administrative regulations.
(3) Be of good moral character and have good professional ethics.
(4) Physical conditions adapted to the requirements of the post.
(5) Have not been criminally punished or dismissed from public office.
4.Responsibilities:
(1) Responsible for drafting comprehensive documents of CIN, such as working reports, annual summaries and leader speeches.
(2) Organizing various meetings, drafting meeting materials and writing minutes of meetings; responsible for publicity and reporting work.
(3) Responsible for drafting the CIN yearbook, annual inspection materials and comprehensive statistical annual report.
(4) Undertaking the project application and management.
(5) Making the work plan, leadership speeches and minutes of meetings
5. Position Requirements
(1) A member of CPC with a bachelor degree or above, majoring in Chinese, journalism, navigation or other related disciplines.
(2) Have at least three years' experience in clerical work, with solid Chinese writing foundation and strong writing skills.
(3) Have strong understanding and comprehension, language expression and communication skills, and strong execution ability.
(4) Work conscientiously and meticulously, with a strong sense of responsibility and service consciousness.
(5) Familiar with various types of writing styles and proficient in using various office software.
