Notice on filling in the information of experts serving in international organizations in the data platform of international organizations of China Association for Science and Technology

In order to actively cooperate with CAST to carry out online filling of information on experts serving in international organizations, accurately carry out service push in international organizations, and help scientists deeply participate in global science and technology governance, we now organize the professional committees of the Institute to fill in relevant information online.
I. Purpose of the work
We want to screen a number of professional committees that actively participate in international exchanges and international talent building, to identify the qualified experts who to participate in the campaign and secretariat reserve candidates of the corresponding international organizations, to support the Institute's deep participation in the management of international organizations, to further enhance the internationalization of the Institute, to provide scientific data support for the decision of international organization talent push, and to provide more dimensional evaluation information for the construction of the world-class Institute.
II. Relevant requirements
(I) Platform registration
1. Log in the website: https://casttest.cloudolphin.com/
2. CIN has applied for accounts for each professional committee in the "International Organization Data Platform of CAST", so please register and bind the management personnel on the website, and then you can log in after the background audit. In the registration process, select the account type "Secondary Branch" "Engineering" "China Institute of Navigation" and click to select the name of the respective professional committee.
(II) Requirements for database administrator
Due to the construction upgrading of the "International Organization Data Platform of CAST", each professional committee needs to designate a responsible administrator with good political makings to ensure the comprehensiveness, completeness and accuracy of the data platform information. The requirements of the administrator are as follows:
1. Fully understand the position of the international organization of the unit and the situation of the corresponding international organization;
2. Timely and accurate update and maintenance of the information on the "International Organization Data Platform of CAST";
3. Attend the training of data platform administrator on time.
(III)Requirements for contents filled
1. There are three modules in the platform to input information, namely: Institute management, international organizations, and expert information.
2. After logging in for the first time, please use the horizontal bar box on the upper part of the home page interface to view the content of each module, and then you can add new content from the "New" shortcut on the left side of the home page interface to add maintenance directly after you are familiar with it.
3. Institute management module
No need to fill in
4. International Organizations Module The Chinese name, English name, English abbreviation, discipline, nature (international, inter-regional), headquarters location, establishment time, contact information, accession form, China's membership fee, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan 's accession, etc. should be filled in.
All international organizations joined in the name of the unit or in the name of individual experts should fill in this module.
(1) If the information of international organizations already exists, please check whether the information is accurate.
(2) If the information of international organizations does not exist, please click "Newly Increased International Organizations" to fill in.
(3) If there are international organizations that you plan to join in 2022-2025, please click "Newly Increased Plans to Join International Organizations" to fill in.
After you complete the basic information of international organizations and submit it, you will be prompted to "Edit Organization List" in the upper right corner, which is a more detailed information collection of international organizations.
5.Expert Information Module
Please fill in the information of the international organization you are working for before filling in the information of the expert employment, otherwise the name of the international organization cannot be associated; this module has the function of exporting and importing. The Institute can export the form to all experts to fill in their personal information. The basic information of the expert, education experience, work unit and position in international organizations should be filled in.
This should be completed by all serving or reserve experts (decision-making level, middle level, secretariat).
(1) If the information of serving experts and reserve experts already exists, please check whether the information is accurate.
(2) If the information of serving experts does not exist, please click "Newly Increased Experts" to fill in.
(3) If there are reserve experts (decision-making level, middle level, secretariat) in 2022-2025, please click "Newly Increased reserve experts" to fill in.
6. All filling pages can be saved or submitted. If you click Save, it will automatically enter the draft box.
(IV) Time requirements for filling in
All professional committees are requested to cooperate actively and complete the application carefully. Please send the administrator information to wangyan@cinnet.cn before August 5, 2022, and log in to the platform to submit relevant information before August 15, 2022.
