Announcement on the Graded Catalogue of High Quality Scientific and Technical Journals in the Field of Navigation

In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on running first-class academic journals, to implement the Opinions on Deepening Reform and Fostering World-Class Science and Technology Journals, promote the construction of a scientific and technical journal system that is compatible with the world's scientific and technological power, and help the high-quality development of China's science and technology journals, under the unified deployment of the Chinese Association for Science and Technology (CAST), the China Institute of Navigation (CIN) has carried out the grading and evaluation of high-quality scientific and technical journals in the field of navigation according to the principles of "value orientation, peer review, and equivalent use".
After setting up the expert committee, formulating the implementation measures, selecting the journals for evaluation, preliminary evaluation, re-evaluation and final evaluation, the expert committee finalized the Graded Catalogue of High Quality Scientific and Technical Journals in the Field of Navigation(hereinafter referred to as Graded Catalogue) by voting according to the ratio of no more than 30% of the evaluated journals.
The Graded Catalogue includes 27 Chinese journals and 16 English journals, which are divided into T1, T2 and T3 levels from high to low, including 9 Chinese journals of T1 level, 9 of T2 level and 9 of T3 level; 6 English journals of T1 level, 5 of T2 level and 5 of T3 level.
Now the results will be publicized. The publicity period is from July 4 to July 8. If there is any objection during the publicity period, please feedback to the designated email with your real name. If objections were raised in the name of the individual, he or she must sign the real name and provide personal identification materials on the objection materials; if objections were raised in the name of the unit, the official seal of the unit shall be stamped with.
