Notice on holding the Review Meeting of China Navigation Youth Science and Technology Award and China Navigation Science and Technology Outstanding Contribution (Team) Award in 2022

In line with the relevant regulations of the Science and Technology Award Measures of the CIN, the institute will hold the 2022 China Navigation Youth Science and Technology Award (hereinafter referred to as the “Youth Science and Technology Award”) on June 17, 2022, and the China Navigation Science and Technology Outstanding Contribution (Team) Award (hereinafter referred to as the “Outstanding Contribution Team Award”) review meeting. The relevant matters of the meeting are hereby notified as follows:
1. Format of the meeting
The meeting takes the form of a combination of online and offline. All contestants of the Youth Science and Technology Award and representatives of the outstanding contribution team would participate in the conference online, and prepare the video equipment in advance for the online video defense at the specified time.

2. Schedule
The meeting will be held all day on June 17 and will be divided into three parts:
(1) 08:30-12:10 am: Defense of Youth Science and Technology Award.
(2) 13:00 - 15:00 pm: Defense of Outstanding Contribution Team Award.
(3) 15:00-17:00 pm: Expert review.
3. Defense requirements
1) Youth Science and technology award: please introduce your personal information and scientific research achievements for 4 minutes, and answer expert questions for 2 minutes.
2) Outstanding Contribution Team Award: please introduce the team information and scientific research achievements for 6 minutes, and answer expert questions for 2 minutes.
3) Please prepare the PPT to be introduced in advance by the contestants and team representatives, and strictly control the time. All contestants and representatives of the participating team will take part in the defense in order. Please refer to the attachment for the order.
4. Conference debugging
All contestants and team representatives should conduct the video debugging in advance. The debugging time is 15:00-16:00 on June 16.
