Notice On the Matters Related To Individual Collective Membership Of Member Units In 2022
All member units and branches:
In order to implement the spirit of Opinions on Further Improving Member Service (CIN No. 10 [2021]) and further realize a new phase of win-win cooperation between member development and service work, in accordance with the deployment of the Eight Practical Matters for Member Services in 2022 of China Institute of Navigation and the overall work arrangement of it, the Institute notifies the matters related to the individual collective membership for member units as follows.
I. The member units are requested to designate a contact person to be responsible for the individual collective membership of their units, and fill in Application Form for Individual Collective Membership of Members of China Institute of Navigation according to their wishes and stamp the official seal of their units, and submit it to the Secretariat of China Institute of Navigation.
II. After receiving the application form submitted, the secretariat will conduct qualification examination according to the membership conditions, and then submit the application form to the board of directors or the standing board for approval after being examined by the Council Conference. Upon approval, CIN will release the notice of admission.
III. Individual members who join CIN through collective application will be given discounts on membership fees. In 2022, students can get a 2/3 discount (RMB 20 per person), other personnel can get a 1/2 discount (RMB 30/person). Membership dues can be uniformly collected by member units or paid individually. After receiving the membership fee, the Institute will issue Unified Bill of Membership Dues for National Social Organizations to the individuals.
IV. New members can click "Member Login" on the official website of the institute or WeChat official account, fill in the member account and login password (the member account and password will be sent to the new member's personal mailbox) to activate the member account, download or print the membership certificate.
