In order to help all units to better understand Measures for Science and Technology Award of CIN and Measures for Management 0f Science and Technology Evaluation of CIN and other related documents, as well as the application requirements, The Institute is now scheduled to hold “the training session for application and achievement evaluation of Maritime Science and Technology Award” on April 16, 2022. The relevant matters are notified as follows:

2. main contents
(1) Application of Science and Technology Progress Award / Invention Award and the experience sharing of achievement evaluation (combined with examples of National Science and Technology Award / Maritime Science and Technology award-winning projects) Speaker: Hu Ya'an, Director/academician of Nanjing Hydraulic Research Institute
(2) The connotation of scientific and technological innovation and the requirements of scientific and technological innovation points (combined with examples of social welfare and soft science projects) Speaker: Zhu Jianhua, Vice President of China Waterborne Transport Research Institute
(3) The connotation of scientific and technological innovation and the requirements of scientific and technological innovation points (combined with examples of technology development/invention and major engineering projects) Speaker: Zhang Huaqing, Vice President/Chief Engineer of Tianjin Research Institute for Water Transport Engineering, M.O.T
(4) The main requirements and considerations of the Measures for Science and Technology Award of CIN and Measures for achievement evaluation implementation of CIN. Speaker: Sun Dunping, expert of science and technology service department of CIN

3. Training format

4. the scope of participation
Science and technology managers of each unit, as well as relevant personnel who are interested in applying for nautical science and technology award or results evaluation. The proposed list is shown in annex 1.
5. Registration method
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Finance's Measures for the Management of Training Fees for Central and State Organs, a training fee of RMB￥600 will be charged per person. For the convenience of headcount and meeting arrangement, participants are requested to visit the website of membership system of CIN: https://huiyuan.cinnet.cn, to complete personal information registration, fee payment, invoice information and other procedures before April 13.
