Notice On The Evaluation Of Scientific And Technological Achievements In 2022

All relevant units:
In order to do a good job in 2021 evaluation of science and technology achievements in navigation of China Institute of Navigation (CIN), and give full play to the guiding role of scientific and technological achievements in the field of navigation, according to the “Scientific and Technological Evaluation Management Measures of CIN” and the annual work arrangement, now the relative items are notified as follows:
1. Acceptance time: Applications for evaluation of achievements are accepted throughout the year. The evaluation of scientific and technological achievements is a paid service under the supervision and guidance of the China Association for Science and Technology (CAST) and the authority of the Ministry of Transport. CIN shall examine and evaluate its scientific and technological achievements in accordance with the prescribed procedures and requirements for the review and evaluation of scientific and technological achievements, and shall issue the technical certificates, which shall serve as the basic technical documents and basis for applying for scientific and technological awards.
2. Scope of acceptance: The evaluation of scientific and technological achievements is mainly for the application technology achievements of technology development and social welfare and the research gains of soft science. Research institutions, colleges and universities, enterprises and individuals that have the achievements and satisfy the conditions can apply for this award. An achievement can only be evaluated once, and no multi-unit application for evaluation.
3. Submission: According to the regulation of chapter eight article 33 of “Scientific and Technological Evaluation Management Measures of CIN” (http://www.cinnet.cn/zh-hans/kjfw/jspj/cgjd), the application units and applicants should submit the evaluation application of scientific and technological achievements and other supporting materials in print and electronic versions.
In order to make a good schedule for the evaluation this year, units and individuals who are interested in applying for the evaluation should submit the basic information form including the achievements number and name and the proposed submission time (Attachment) to CIN for record in advance by April 29, so that CIN can make specific arrangements for the preliminary examination and evaluation.
