Notice on Soliciting Group Standards of China Institute of Navigation in 2022
All relevant units:
In order to thoroughly implement Regulations for the Management of Group Standards(Standardization Administration of the People’s Republic of China [2019] No. 1) of Standardization Administration of the People’s Republic of China, Ministry of Civil Affairs, promote the construction of group standard system in the field of navigation, increase the effective supply of standards, we now based on Measures for the Management of Group Standards of CIN (Published by China Institute of Navigation No. [2020]), for the whole industry to carry out soliciting group standard of CIN in 2022, and hope to actively organize the application according to the actual situation.
1. Principles of declaration
(1) Declared projects should be conducive to promoting navigation science and technology achievements in shipping, fisheries, maritime, marine police and other fields and waterway transportation, engineering, construction, services, management and other aspects, enhancing the product's safety, versatility, replaceability and increasing economic benefit, social benefit and ecological benefit. They should also be scientific and effective, with advanced technical indicators.
(2) Declared projects should meet the requirements of relevant laws and regulations, and shall not contradict the relevant national industrial policies.
(3) Declared projects should aim to meet the market and innovation needs, focusing on new technologies, new industries, new business models and new modes, to fill the standard gap.(4) The scope of declared projects includes navigation safety, port engineering, logistics engineering, intelligent shipping, ship electromechanics, waterway engineering, nautical remote sensing, ship design, offshore engineering, environmental protection and ecology, navigation security, communication and navigation, salvage and diving, marine economy, passenger and cargo transportation, ship management, maritime management, crew management, water transport management and other directions.
2. Declaration requirements
(1) Enterprises, public institutions and social organizations with corporate capacity may apply for project approval.
(2)The main drafting unit of the standard shall have the professional ability related to the content of the standard.
(3) The main drafter of the standard should have professional technical knowledge, an intimate knowledge of the rules for writing standards, strong organizational and coordination skills and good writing skills.
(4) We encourage multiple units to carry out standard development in collaboration with industries, universities, research and application.
(5) Before filing, you can check whether there are relevant national or industry standards through the "Transportation Standardization Information Platform" (The URL is http://jtst.mot.gov.cn/).
3. declaration materials
Please fill out Group Standards of CIN Project List in 2022 in accordance with the attached format and send it to the contact email. (The email subject format is named: declaration unit + standard name)
4. declaration time
Declaration units should submit the complete application materials to the science and technology service department of CIN before January 20, 2022.
