Distinguished winners of Navigation Science and Technology Awards and interpreters of Achievements in Science and Technology Exhibition:
To actively respond to the call to build China into a powerful country in transportation and shipping, and give full play to the driving role of navigation science and technology innovation, the China Institute of Navigation will hold the CIN 2021 Annual Academic Conference and Navigation Science and Technology Award Conference in Dalian, Liaoning Province from August 4 to 5. We hereby invite all the speakers to attend the conference and give a keynote speech. Thank you for your strong support! The relevant matters of the meeting are described as follows:
Ⅰ. Conference arrangement
Time: August 5, 2021; registration time: August 4

II. Main contents
- The General Assembly. The main contents include leader's speech, award of navigation science and technology award, the release of China's Navigation science and technology development report sub-report. The supreme navigation science and technology award winners and academicians of Chinese Academy of Engineering will be invited to make academic reports. Only the first Supreme Navigation Science and Technology Award, the grand prize/first prize of the 2020 Navigation Science and Technology Progress Award, and the first prize of the Technological Invention Award will be awarded in the award process. For each winning item, One representative will be arranged by the first completing unit to attend the meeting to receive the award (1 person for each winning item). See attachment 2 for the list of winning projects.
- Thematic forums. Three special forums will be set up, including the Forum on Navigation and Safety, the Forum on Navigation and Environmental Protection, and the Forum on Navigation and Intelligence.
- Exhibition of achievements in maritime science and technology. The outstanding achievements of China Navigation Science and Technology Awards and the outstanding achievements of major scientific and technological innovation achievements of Ministry of Transport in recent years will be displayed.
III. Other matters
1. Please send the electronic version of the attendance receipt (attachment 3) to the designated email address before July 27, 2021 for the purpose of meeting arrangements;
2. Accommodation will be provided by Dalian COSCO InterContinental Hotel at your own expense; Catering will be arranged by the conference affairs team. If you have special needs, please inform the conference affairs team in advance.
