Notice on Soliciting Comments on Four Association Standards Including the General Specification for Electronic Fence in China's Sea Areas

In accordance with the arrangements of the association standard formulation and revision plan of the China Institute of Navigation (CIN), the four standards organized and prepared by CIN—the General Specification for Electronic Fence in China's Sea Areas, the Requirements for Ship Ammonia Fuel Supply Systems and Transport Safety Operations — Part 1: Ammonia Fuel Supply System, the Requirements for Ship Ammonia Fuel Supply Systems and Transport Safety Operations — Part 2: Ammonia Fuel Engine, and the Requirements for Ship Ammonia Fuel Supply Systems and Transport Safety Operations — Part 3: Liquid Ammonia and LPG Cargo Switching—have now formed drafts for comments.
In accordance with the requirements of the Administrative Measures for Association Standards of the China Institute of Navigation, and to ensure the scientificity, rigor, and applicability of the standards, the drafts for comments and drafting explanations of the aforementioned association standards are hereby sent to your organization.
Please submit your comments and the feedback form by email to tuanbiao@cinnet.cn before October 30, 2026.
Failure to reply by the deadline shall be deemed as no comments. Thank you for your organization's support for the association standardization work of the China Institute of Navigation.
