Announcement on the Publication of Four Group Standards including Overall Safety and Reliability Assessment of High-Piled Wharf Structures

To all relevant entities:
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Management of Group Standards of China Institute of Navigation(CIN)，the Institute has compiled the following four group standards, namely Overall Safety and Reliability Assessment of High-Piled Wharf Structures (T/CIN 131—2026), organized by CIN, and led in drafting by Tianjin Research Institute for Water Transport Engineering, Ministry of Transport, Guide to the Construction and Authentication of Chinese Wooden Sailing Ship Models (T/CIN 132—2026), led in drafting by China Maritime Museum, Technical Requirements for Intelligent Perception and Early Warning Systems of Harbour Tugs (T/CIN 133—2026), led in drafting by Yantai Port Tug & Lighter Co., Ltd., and Operating Procedures for Loading Wind Power Equipment at Ports (T/CIN 134—2026), led in drafting by Yantai Port Group Penglai Port Co., Ltd., have passed the review. Approved by the Council Meeting of the CIN, they are hereby issued and will be implemented from December 30, 2026.
This is hereby announced.
