Announcement on Approval of the Third Batch of 2026 Group Standards

To all relevant entities,
Pursuant to the Measures for the Management of Group Standards of the China Institute of Navigation (CIN), and following review and approval by the CIN Standardization Committee and the Chairman’s Office, six group standards, including the Port Fertilizer Cargo Handling Operation Specification, are hereby approved for development (see attached list for details).
Lead organizations shall extensively solicit input from all stakeholders, establish dedicated drafting working groups, complete the standard development tasks as scheduled, and ensure the quality and technical integrity of the standards.
All member organizations, relevant universities, research institutions, manufacturers, and end-users are welcome to participate in the standard development process.
