Announcement on Issuing Four Group Standards, Including the Technical Requirements for Online Port Dust Monitoring Systems

To All Relevant Entities:
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Administrative Measures for Group Standards of China Institute of Navigation, the Institute has reviewed and approved four group standards at the meeting of the Chairperson’s Office, which are hereby issued and shall come into effect on November 28, 2026.
The four group standards are as follows:
Technical Requirements for Online Port Dust Monitoring Systems (T/CIN 127—2026), led by Hebei Port Group Co., Ltd.;
General Technical Requirements for Intelligent Port Microgrids with Multi-Energy Complementarity (T/CIN 128—2026), led by CCCC Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd.;
Technical Requirements for Windbreak and Dust Suppression Fences at Dry Bulk Terminals (T/CIN 129—2026), led by Shandong Luhai Equipment Group Co., Ltd.;
andPrinciples and Methods for the Division of Shipbuilding Man-Hours (T/CIN 130—2026), led by Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Co., Ltd.
This announcement is hereby issued.
