Notice on Soliciting Comments on Two Group Standards, led by Guidelines for Filing Technical Parameters for Navigation Safety of Offshore Wind Power Projects

To all relevant units:
In accordance with China Institute of Navigation’s plan for the formulation and revision of group standards, the Insititute has organized and deveolped two group standards, namely the Guidelines for Filing Technical Parameters for Navigation Safety of Offshore Wind Power Projects and the Technical Requirements for Very High Frequency (VHF) Digital Centralized Control Systems in Inland Waters, which have now been completed in draft form for public comment.
In accordance with the Administrative Measures for Group Standards of China Institute of Navigation, the drafts for comment and their accompanying preparation notes are hereby sent to your organization for review, so as to ensure the scientific soundness, rigor and applicability of the standards,
