According to the revision plan of group standards of China Institute of Navigation(CIN), we have now organized and complied 4 group standards for Technical Requirements for Inland Waterway Tourism Channel Construction,Technical Specification for 3D Laser Scanning Digital Survey of Port Hydraulic Structures,Operating Procedures for Port Wind Power Equipment Loading Operations and Technical Requirements for Wind Fence of Port Dry Bulk Terminals, which have now been drafted for soliciting feedback.
In accordance with the requirements of the "Administrative Measures for Group Standards of China Institute of Navigation" and in order to ensure the scientific truth, rigor and applicability of the standard, we are hereby sending the draft of the group standard and the compilation explanation to your institutions.
