Announcement of the Fourth Batch of Group Standards for 2026 Approved by China Institute of Navigation

All Relevant Units:
In accordance with the relevant requirements of the Administrative Measures for Group Standards of China Institute of Navigation, and following deliberation by the Standardization Committee and the Council President's Office of the Institute, approval is hereby proposed for the project initiation of 9 group standards, including the Technical Specifications for Digital Twin Model Construction of Inland Waterway Ship Locks (see the attached list).
Leading units are requested to extensively solicit opinions from all parties, organize standard drafting working groups, complete the standard development tasks on schedule, and ensure the quality and level of the standards. Meanwhile, all member units, relevant universities, research institutes, manufacturers, and end-users are welcome to actively participate in the formulation of these standards.
