On October 17, He Jianzhong, Chairman of the China Institute of Navigation, met in Qingdao with Krzysztof Czaplewski, the President of the International Association of Institutes of Navigation (IAIN for short), and Hesham Helal, Secretary-General of the IAIN. They were in China to attend the World Conference on Maritime Science and Technology (WCMST). The parties had an in-depth exchange of views on topics such as the preparations for the upcoming 2024 IAIN World Congress.
He Jianzhong, on behalf of the China Institute of Navigation, extended a warm welcome to President Krzysztof and Secretary-General Helal of the IAIN.
