In order to promote group standard of China Institute of Navigation(CIN), and achieve full chain supervision, management, and technical services of the group standard from project initiation to application, the institute has conducted a unified evaluation of the published group standard. The institute has conducted a centralized promotion and training activity on the two group standards that meet the conditions, namely Intelligent Container Trailer (T/CIN009-2023) and Evaluation Indices for Intelligent Port (T/CIN011-2023), so as to help more member units understand the main technical content and implementation focus of these two group standards, and promote the widespread application of the standards.
The publicity and implementation training meeting was held online on May 8, 2023, with Liu Shun, Deputy Secretary General of the institute, presiding over the meeting. The online attendance reached over 670 people. Yan Xiaobo, Secretary General of the institute, attended and delivered a speech. He pointed out that the institute’s group standard promotion and implementation activities are organized based on the characteristics of group standards to further meet the overall requirements of the Outline for the Construction of a Strong Transportation Country, Outline to promote standardized development at the national level,and 14th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Transportation Standardization, in order to promote the wider implementation and application of group standards.
The meeting invited the main drafters of the standards, Chief Engineer Zou Yunfei of the Water Transport Science Research Institute of the Ministry of Transport, and Dr. Zhou Dan to provide a detailed interpretation of the background and main clauses of the standard drafting. The standard of Intelligent Container Traile can effectively guide and standardize the design, manufacturing, and use of intelligent container trailers, and is of great significance for promoting the deep integration of autonomous driving technology with the transportation industry and promoting the intelligent development of ports. The implementation of the Evaluation Indices for Intelligent Port is of great significance for the scientific formulation of intelligent port development planning and the promotion of intelligent port development, and plays an important supporting role in the scientific evaluation of the intelligent level of intelligent ports.
The content of this publicity and implementation training session is substantial, the format is flexible, and the explanation is practical, and it has been unanimously welcomed by the participants. The institute will also organize various forms of standard promotion and implementation activities in conjunction with the standard drafting units based on the published and implemented group standards.
