It is reported that, according to Measures for Grading and Evaluation of high-quality Scientific and Technical Journals in the field of navigation of CIN, T1 level means the nautical science and technology journals with or close to the top level at home and abroad, T2 level means the famous one with high level at home and abroad, and T3 level means the one recognized by the academic community at home and abroad. A total of 27 high-quality Chinese journals and 15 English journals in the field of navigation were selected for this evaluation, including 9 Chinese journals at T1 level, 9 at T2 level; 9 at T3 level; 6 English journals at T1 level, 5 at T2 level and 4 at T3 level. From July 12 to 13, we organized a review of excellent papers on navigation and a special academic exchange seminar.
