Wang Bei, Deputy Director Of General Office Of China Association For Science And Technology, Visited China Institute Of Navigation For Research

On the afternoon of December 21, Wang Bei, deputy director of the General Office of the China Association for Science and Technology (CAST), visited China Institute of Navigation (CIN) for research. Yan Xiaobo, secretary general of CIN chaired the symposium.

Yan Xiaobo introduced the Institute’s basic information, the heart of work, the pecuniary condition from 2019 to 2021, the implementation of key projects and the formulation of the financial budget for 2022. The two sides exchanged and discussed specific issues such as formulating financial system, implementing projects, issuing periodicals and tax matters.

Wang Bei affirmed the achievements of CIN in regularly managing finance. She said that strengthening the standard management of finance of the Institute is not only the implementation of central government's decisions and arrangements on the reform of mass organizations, but also the basic guarantee and important support to promote the development of the Institute. The Institute should study policies thoroughly, insist on empowering the Institute to have the right of financial governance, tighten its financial management network, and adhere to start from "financial business integration" to strengthen the construction of financial staff so as to effectively implement the standard financial management of the Institute. The General Office of the CAST will be guided by the development needs of the Institute, further improve the Outline of Financial Management Guidelines for National Institutes under China Association for Science and Technology, and carry out a series of exchange activities such as training and salons so as to create favorable conditions for enhancing the standard financial management of the Institute.

Zhou Feng, director of the Finance Office of the General Office of the CAST, Han Zhirong, director of the Department of General Affairs of the Institute, and relevant staff participated in the discussion.
