In order to strengthen the standardization service in the field of navigation and improve the ability of professional committees, local CIN, member units and the industry to join the formulation and revision of standards, CIN held the first special training on standardization knowledge in the form of video conference on the afternoon of March 17, 2021. Yan Xiaobo, Secretary General of CIN, delivered a speech and Liu Shun, deputy Secretary General of CIN, presided over the conference. Wang Wei, deputy director of Standards and Metrology Research Center, China Academy of Transportation Sciences, was invited to give a special lecture and case teaching on the standardization policy and development trend, the main points of group standard compilation and the new version of GB / t1.1-2020 Guidelines for Standardization Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents. Shi Xin, from the Science and Technology Service Department of CIN, interpreted the newly issued Measures for the Administration of CIN Group Standards, and answered the common problems in the project approval and compilation of group standards.
Leaders and relevant personnel from more than 40 units attended the conference. They are: China Communications Construction Group, Maritime Administration of the Ministry of transport, Wuhan University ofTechnology, Shanghai Maritime University, Nanjing Water Conservancy ResearchInstitute, Yangtze River Three Gorges Navigation Administration, Shanghai Linghai Nohua Enterprise Development Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Shipping Group and other enterprises and public institutions;Tianjin CIN, Shandong CIN and Zhejiang CIN and other institutes of navigation : Polar Specialized Committee, Rescue and Salvage Committee and Pilotage Committee and so on.
Leaders of CIN attach great importance to the work of group standardization, regard the project approval and release of group standard as one of the key tasks of CIN this year, and specially propose that the CIN group standard should become a bridge between the national standard and the industry standard of the Ministry of Transport, and form the basic strength of the national standard and the industry standard. Holding standardization knowledge training is an effective way to promote the smooth development of standardization work in the field of navigation, and also an important measure to enhance the awareness of standardization in the field of navigation and improve the standardization work. From now on, CIN will take the group standardization knowledge training as a regular work, continue to develop the communication platform of standardization work in the field of navigation, and provide better support and guidance for accelerating the construction of marine power and promoting high-quality marine development.
