On December 23rd, 2020, the “2020 Table Tennis Competition of China Association for Science and Technology (CAST)” was held in China Hall of Science and Technology, to actively respond to the call of the trade union committee of units directly under CAST to encourage cadres and workers to vigorously participate in physical exercise to build a healthy CAST and improve their physical fitness.. A total of 10 teams from units directly under CAST took part in the competition, including a team jointly organized by China Highway and Transportation Society (CHTS) and China Institute of Navigation (CIN) on behalf of the Party committee of the country’s science and technology community. The competition was arranged into three parts, namely, men’s doubles, mixed doubles and men’s singles, in which the joint team of CHTS and CIN won the second place after seven rounds of fierce rivalry. In conclusion, this competition promoted mutual friendship, release their passion, relieved their pressure, and further created a harmonious, healthy and upward cultural atmosphere for CAST.
