On the morning of July 29, Cui Zuying, secretary of Tao Xingzhi Education Foundation, Su Xinying, president of Tao Xingzhi Education Foundation, and other two people paid an official visit to China Institution of Navigation. CIN and Tao Xingzhi Education Foundation should give full play to their respective advantages, take the public welfare fund for maritime education as the platform, strengthen the contact and cooperation among member units, fully mobilize various high-quality resources, enrich the education carrier, and create a well-known maritime education brand. President He stressed that the top priority is to improve the “Rules and Regulations” and “Management Regulations” of the special fund as soon as possible, clarify the ideas and responsibilities, take the system as the guarantee, strengthen the management, and make the work run more smoothly.
Secretary Cui Zuying introduced the past presidents of Tao Xingzhi Education Foundation and the education idea and efforts of Mr Tao Xingzhi for China's educational reform. Secretary Cui expressed his gratitude to CIN for its support. He especially appreciated president He Jianzhong's proposal on strengthening youth maritime education during this year's two sessions, and expressed full confidence in further cooperation between the two sides in the future.
