Zhou Jingbo is a professor-level senior engineer and senior economist. He is currently the vice president and member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of China Communications Construction Co., Ltd., as well as the chairman and temporary secretary of the Party committee of CCCC Dredging (Group) Co., Ltd. With rich experience in operation and management, he successively served as assistant to the general manager, Deputy General Manager and member of the general manager's Party committee in the CCCC First Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. from 1994 to 2007; served as the chairman (legal representative), General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party committee in CCCC Tianjin Dredging (Group) Co., Ltd. from 2007 to 2011; served as the chairman (legal representative) and General Manager in CCCC Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. from 2011 to 2014; served as the Deputy General Manager， executive General Manager and General Manager at CCCC Real Estate Business Division from 2011 to 2014; and served as general manager at CCCC Harbor and Dredging Division from 2014 to 2016.
