Li Shixin, male, born in September 1959, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He holds a bachelor's degree and is a senior engineer, as well as an editor and reviewer on the editorial board of the scientific and technical journals of the China Institute of Navigation.
He has successively served in various positions, including sailor, third mate, second mate, chief mate, and captain at Qingdao Ocean Shipping Company; general manager of China Tangshan Foreign Shipping Agency Co., Ltd.; deputy director of Hebei Maritime Safety Administration of the People's Republic of China; and deputy director and first-class inspector of the Maritime Safety Administration of the People's Republic of China.
