CAST Organizations at All Levels Should Adhere to the “Four Services” Responsibility Orientation

Xi Jinping pointed out that the CAST organizations at all levels should adhere to the responsibility orientation of serving the scientific and technical workers, serving the innovation driven development, serving the improvement of the scientific quality of the whole people, and serving the Party and government’s scientific decision-making. Xi also stated that those organizations should unite and lead the great majority of scientific and technical workers to strive for scientific and technological innovation, to organize activities aiming to compete for innovation, to promote prosperous development of science and technology, and to advance the spread and popularity of science.
