In order to promote the development and progress of maritime science and technology, further enhance the quality of maritime academic exchange activities, create a brand of maritime academic conferences with high participation and wide influence, better serve the national strategy of strong transportation and maritime power, the chairman's Office of the Fourth Meeting of the Ninth Council decided to hold China Maritime Science and Technology Development Forum combined with the annual meeting of CIN during the Navigation Day Activities from this year. The Scheme of the Forum of the First Session of China Maritime Science and Technology Development Forum & 2020 Annual Conference of CIN drafted by the Secretariat of CIN is issued, and all relevant units and departments are requested to actively deploy the arrangement, complete the preparatory tasks on time and with high quality, organize relevant personnel to actively participate in the forum activities.
