On March 1, 2018, China Association for Science and Technology committee of the CPC held an expanded theory learning meeting, requiring all members to promulgate the guidelines of the third plenary session of the Nineteenth CPC Central Committee. In response to the call, the administrative body of the CIN held a meeting to study and convey the spirit of the third plenary session of the Nineteenth CPC Central Committee on March 2. Wang Qun, secretary of the administrative body of the CPC committee, organized the meeting. Fifteen people, including all CPC members, attended this meeting.
The secretary asked all CPC members and Party aspirants to follow the guidelines of the Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era and to comprehend the guidelines of the 19th National Congress of the CPC and the third plenary session of the nineteenth CPC Central Committee, and to strengthen the Four Conciousnesses and Four Confidences.
Wang emphasized the key role of the Party branch, and that every Party member should play an exemplary role in supporting, promoting and implementing the reform. In the future, CIN will focus on the Party building and reform in accordance with the arrangement of China Association for Science and Technology to further the reform and development of the institute.
